Built on turf science

Your lawn is managed like a living system.

Healthy turf starts with diagnosis, not a generic application calendar. Coastal Links evaluates the grass, soil, irrigation coverage, sun and coastal pressure before recommending a program.

That means better timing, tighter inputs and a clear plan for the conditions that challenge South Jersey lawns—from sandy soil and salt exposure to summer heat, crabgrass and irrigation gaps.

01Inspect first

We identify the cause before treating the symptom.

02Time it right

Applications and cultural work follow the turf and the season.

03Report clearly

You know what was done, why it matters and what comes next.

Focused services. One accountable turf partner.

Programs are tailored to the property. We concentrate on lawn health and detail work—not weekly mowing routes.

Straight answers

Before we walk the property.

Do you offer weekly lawn mowing?

No. Coastal Links focuses on lawn health programs, fertilization, weed control, irrigation, planting and bed care. That focus lets us go deeper on the work that determines how your lawn performs.

What happens during a property evaluation?

We review turf density, weeds, soil conditions, drainage, sun, irrigation coverage and the specific stressors affecting your lawn. Then we outline priorities and a recommended service plan.

Can you repair and winterize sprinklers?

Yes. Irrigation services include diagnostics, sprinkler head and coverage adjustments, repairs, seasonal start-ups and winterization or blowouts.

Do you serve every property in Atlantic County?

Our primary route covers Margate, Longport, Ventnor and Brigantine, plus select Egg Harbor Township and nearby Atlantic County properties. Send the address and we’ll confirm availability.

When should I start a lawn program?

Early planning gives us the best chance to time pre-emergent, fertility and irrigation work correctly. Spring 2027 route planning is open now.
